All purchases with Google Checkout merchants will appear on your credit card statement as GOOGLE *Store Name. If the line item on your statement doesn't begin with GOOGLE*, the charge was not made using Google Checkout.
If you've completed a purchase through Google Checkout, and you're not satisfied, please file a claim for mediation.
Google Checkout takes reports of unauthorized charges very seriously. If you see charges for purchases made through Google Checkout, please verify the following pieces of information before contacting Google:
- Is the unrecognized charge a partial charge for an order you authorized?
- Do you share this credit card with another person? If so, please confirm the shared account holder has not placed the order.
- Did you verify that members of your household or business haven't placed the order?
If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please complete the form below within 60 days of the transaction. After receiving your request, Google will begin an investigation.
