Fix a problem: Payout limits

Print

A payout limit is a restriction on the total amount of earnings you can receive at one time. Once you've reached your limit, any remaining funds will be carried over to your payout for the following month.

Check to see if you have a payout limit

  1. Sign in to Google Checkout.
  2. Click the Payouts tab.
  3. If you have a payout limit, you will see a notification at the top of the page letting you know what your current limit is. Payout limit information will also appear on the Payout Summary Details page and payment section of the Settings tab.

Most sellers won't have a payout limit.

Removing payout limits

You may also see a notification message asking if you'd like to remove your payout limit on any of the pages listed above. By clicking the link in the message, you can request that Google perform a simple review and remove your limit so you can receive your payouts more quickly.

To remove your payout limit:

  1. Sign in to Google Checkout.
  2. Click the Settings tab.
  3. Click Financials.
  4. Under 'Credit verification,' provide either your company's tax ID/Employer Identification Number (EIN) or your Social Security number and credit card information.
  5. Click Save settings.

Please note: If you don't see these notification messages, you aren't currently eligible to have your payout limit removed.
