To clear your cache:

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Firefox and click the Tools menu.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Privacy.
4. Click the Cache tab.
5. Click Clear Cache Now, then click OK.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

1. Open Internet Explorer and click the Tools menu.
2. Select Internet Options
3. Click the General tab if it isn't selected already.
4. Under the heading Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files... (It may take up to 30 minutes for your computer to delete your cache history.)
5. Click OK.

To clear your cookies:

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Firefox and click the Tools menu.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Privacy.
4. Click the Cookies tab.
5. Click Clear Cookies Now, then click OK.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

1. Select Tools > Internet Options > General.
2. Under the heading 'Temporary Internet files,' click Delete Cookies....
3. Click OK at the 'Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder?' prompt.
4. Click OK to exit.

Remember, deleting your cookies will remove your saved settings for sites you've previously visited.
